Registration:

Seating is limited for this event. Registration fee is $20 per person. Registration includes entrance to the event, a packet of information, and also included is a ticket for you to have a chance to win your own kit.  You must be present to win.  The kit includes:

Kodak Digital Camera
Olympus Digital Voice Recorder
EMF detector
LED Flashlight
2 finger lights
1 thermometer
Battery Charger

If you will bring " Four " canned goods such as fruits, vegetables or canned meats or boxes of cereal, dinner mixes and goods that do not need to be refrigerated, then we will give you an extra free ticket for the kit listed above.  We are working to raise goods for the  Texas Military Family Foundation Charity  here in Texas to help the servicemen.
 

Coffee, water and tea will be provided.  No outside drinks allowed at the conference, however, there are vending machines on the premises if you want to get a soda, and the hotel does have a restaurant.  There will be a scheduled lunch break and you can eat at the hotel restaurant or leave the premises and go to one of the nearby places to eat. No food is to be brought in from the outside into the conference. These are the hotel managements rules. No alcohol allowed at the event.

Some of the attendees will be meeting up in the hotel lounge area after the conference, so join them there if you like to talk and chat.

There is going to be a raffle held for a chance to win a One Night Stay at the "Haunted Lonesome Dove Inn". This is an exciting chance to win a overnight stay at a haunted inn and you can see and hear about the stories and haunts that happen at the inn. The Lonesome Dove Inn is located in Archer City, Texas and is named after the novel and show  Lonesome Dove written by Larry McMurtry.  Mr. McMurtry stays at the inn himself on occasion while visiting the area.
